Selling an apartment is a very frustrating and complicated process, especially in Brooklyn! Yevgen couldn’t have made it any easier. My family worked with him to sell two apartments and he always kept us updated, informed, and helped us with any and all issues that were being thrown at us 100 mph. He does his research of the area, and really knows what he’s talking about!! In the beginning of the process we had a very bad lawyer and buyers that were making our lives very difficult, and Yevgen helped us through it all, he even recommended a new (excellent) lawyer which completely changed the trajectory of the sale. Working with him really feels like he’s on YOUR team! Not to mention he’s just a very calm and kind person, which is such a plus when you’re stressing out over life altering decisions!

Eugene Pitelman helped us with another one of our rental properties and again did a fantastic job helping us navigate through the process and found a wonderful family as renters. Yevgen provided excellent service beyond the call of duty. He arranged all open house viewing and met us and other prospective buyers at mutual convenience. He met service providers such as gas company workers and home cleaning crews as needed, sometimes at very short notice. Since we had already moved to our new home he took full responsibility to inform us of any unusual situations such as a gas leak. I recommend him very strongly.
